BOOKING AVAILABILITY
Wedding bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
As I often receive multiple enquiries for the same date, I kindly ask that you let me know your decision as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
REQUESTING A QUOTE
To provide an accurate quotation, I will require: Full bridal preparation postcode Ceremony time The time you need to leave for your venue (if applicable) The number of people requiring hairstyling
This enables me to prepare an accurate quotation and create a realistic wedding morning schedule
M I N I M U M B O O K I N G
For Saturday weddings between Easter and the end of September, a minimum booking fee of £490 applies.
If your booking includes fewer than four people, you are still very welcome to book; however, the minimum booking fee will still apply.
TRAVEL
Travel is charged at 85p per mile (return journey) as advised from HMRC together with £15 per hour for travelling time.
Any travel costs will always be confirmed before your booking is secured.
ACCOMODATION
Where required, overnight accommodation must be provided by the client.
This generally applies where travel exceeds two hours each way or where an early start before 6:00am is required.
For weddings requiring significant travel, an additional fee may apply if I need to block out work the previous day.
ADDITIONAL STYLIST
For larger bridal parties, an additional hairstylist may be required to ensure everyone is ready on time.
I work alongside trusted professionals whom I have worked with for many years. If an associate stylist is required, an additional fee of £50 will apply.
SECURING YOUR DATE
To secure your wedding date, please return your completed Booking Form and signed Terms & Conditions, together with your non-refundable booking fee.
Once these have been received, your wedding date will be confirmed in my diary.
BOOKING FEE
Your booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
As I reserve your wedding date exclusively for you, the booking fee will not be refunded should you cancel or change your wedding date. If you wish to move your booking, I will always do my best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. A new booking fee may be required.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Should official government restrictions prevent your wedding from taking place, I will discuss the options available with you. Where possible, your booking fee may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
PAYMENTS
Payments are accepted by bank transfer.
Your final balance must be paid no later than four weeks before your wedding date.
Gift Vouchers are available
QUOTATIONS & PRICES
All quotations are valid at the time they are issued.
Once your booking fee has been paid, your quoted price is secured and will not be affected by any future price increases.
YOUR TRIAL
A bridal trial is an essential part of my service and is included within your bridal package.
During your trial, we will discuss your wedding morning, timings, accessories, hairstyle and create a look that complements both you and your wedding.
Trials for bridesmaids and other members of the wedding party are optional.
YOUR PREVIEW
Bridal trials are generally held between November and March, during my quieter wedding season.
Trials usually take place Monday to Thursday, as Fridays and Saturdays are reserved for weddings.
Appointments take place at my home salon in North Hykeham, Lincolnshire.
Please bring no more than one guest with you.
ALLERGIES
It is your responsibility to inform me of any allergies, medical conditions or previous reactions to hair products for yourself or any member of your bridal party.
HEALTH & HYGIENE
To protect everyone on the wedding morning, I reserve the right to refuse hairstyling services to anyone displaying signs of a contagious condition, including (but not limited to) cold sores, impetigo, COVID-19 or head lice.
PHOTOGRAPHY
I love sharing beautiful weddings to inspire future brides.
Photographs and videos may be used on my website, social media and portfolio.
If you would prefer that images of you or your bridal party are not used, please let me know before your wedding day.
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING
Once your booking has been confirmed, the number of people included cannot be reduced.
Additional people may be added, subject to my availability.
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
If you cancel your booking more than 28 days before your wedding, your booking fee will be retained.
If you cancel within 28 days of your wedding date, the full outstanding balance will remain payable.
CANCELLATION BY SB BRIDAL HAIR
In the extremely unlikely event that I am unable to attend your wedding, I will make every reasonable effort to arrange a trusted replacement hairstylist.
If this is not possible, or you choose not to accept the replacement, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
For complete peace of mind, I strongly recommend taking out wedding insurance.
NON-PAYMENT
If payment has not been received by the due date, I reserve the right to cancel your booking and withhold my services until payment has been made in full.
Outstanding balances may be recovered through the appropriate legal channels if necessary.
DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to me. Any personal information you provide will only be used to manage your booking and provide my bridal hairstyling services.
Your information will be stored securely and will never be sold or shared with third parties, unless required by law or where necessary to provide your booked services.
